Basil Mashed Potato Recipe

4-5 medium red potatoes, washed and cut into quarters
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Steam, microwave or boil potatoes until tender. Mash well with fork, adding sour cream, basil and salt and pepper to taste.
