In just 8 short weeks, I have lost 11 kg with the help of my personal trainer. What's more, I'm in love with exercising, which is now a big part of my life - I train at least 4 times a week before work at California Fitness. My personal trainer is also helping me adopt a healthier lifestyle, my diet is healthier, and I go to bed earlier and rise earlier. I'm now fitter and more energetic, after my morning training, the energy keeps me going the whole day long. But the most important thing is, personal training has given me the confidence which I didn't have before.
