Les Mills Programs

Les Mills, a name synonymous with Group Exercise classes locally and globally. And many of their most popular classes are available regularly at any California Fitness clubs across Hong Kong, include: BodyPump - the original barbell class, BodyCombat - the exhilarating kickboxing-style workout, BodyJam - the sensational dance workout and BodyBalance - a mind body class that combines Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates.


With all Les Mills programs, a new class is released every 3 months with new music and choreography - you will never get bored.

 

Class Level Description
BodyCombat M

Are you ready to rumble?! This kick-box style class combines martial art techniques with butt-kicking music for a fantastically motivating workout.

BodyPump M

The fastest way to tone up. This class combines high-energy music, barbells and a hard-as-nails instructor to push you to your limit!

BodyJam M

An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds, BodyJam is a sensational cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance.

BodyBalance M

All the best bits from Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi combined for a well rounded mind and body experience. Low-impact and moderate intensity.

CXWORX M

Hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body.

 

You can expect to burn 250 – 600 calories in our Les Mills classes.

 

Class Levels

1   Level 1 class is usually an introductory or orientation class for participants who have little experience in the class type they are about to attend.
2   Level 2 classes are suitable for participants with considerable experience in the class type.
3   Level 3 classes are suited those who need the extra challenge. A firm grip on choreography is essential as the pace moves faster.
4   Level 4 classes are strictly for the experienced. The pace will be quicker and the choreography more complex.
M   Multi-Level class is one which is suitable for all fitness and co-ordination levels. This means that it is a class that you can work in your own pace according your fitness level and goal.
