Waldorf Salad Recipe

1 green apple, unpeeled
1 red apple, unpeeled
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
1/4 cup fat free sour cream

 

Core apples and dice, leaving skin on. Combine apples, celery, grapes and walnuts. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together and toss with apple mixture.
