Supa Street 2

From the street to the studio, learn the latest dance moves set to the coolest Hip Hop tunes around. Low impact and moderate intensity.

Jazz 101 1

Channel your inner showgirl and show us those moves, twinkle toes! Dance like one of the kids from 'Fame' and shine like the star you are. Low impact and intensity.

All Dat Jazz 2

Give yourself a chance to shimee, shasay and shake like a Jazz pro in session based on technique and a hot routine to follow. Moderate impact and intensity.

Ballet Flow M

Don your tutu and prance like a prima ballerina. This class explores the essence of ballet set to classical music for all ages. Moderate impact and intensity.

Contemporary Stage M

Guaranteed to awaken the artist in you, learn to move your body like a true modern dancer in this class. Moderate impact and low intensity.

Latina Flava M

It's hot, it's sexy and it's a must if you're looking to move like a Latin dancer. Based on salsa, cha cha and mambo, taste the flava of Latino dance. Moderate impact and intensity.

Salsito Fever M

Feel the fever of the hottest salsa moves set to infectious music that will make you want to dance all night long. Low impact and moderate intensity.

Retro Dance Fever M

Step back in time and learn to move in the style the likes of Janet Jackson and John Travolta. Maximum fun, moderate impact and intensity.

Dance-A-Mania M

Fitness was never more fun. Combining easy to follow dance moves, this class will bring a smile to your face and make you sweat all at the same time. Moderate impact and intensity.

Just Rumba M

This is a very amazing class, with a touch of Salsa, Merengue, Rock & Roll, Techno and Latin music, where we will make the body move with such sensuality that the adrenaline level in your blood gets higher.

Flexi Groove M

Move your body to the beat until you're hot and then treat it to a session of stretch. Low impact and low intensity.


In any of our Dance Classes, you can expect to burn 300 – 500 calories.


Class Levels

1   Level 1 class is usually an introductory or orientation class for participants who have little experience in the class type they are about to attend.
2   Level 2 classes are suitable for participants with considerable experience in the class type.
3   Level 3 classes are suited those who need the extra challenge. A firm grip on choreography is essential as the pace moves faster.
4   Level 4 classes are strictly for the experienced. The pace will be quicker and the choreography more complex.
M   Multi-Level class is one which is suitable for all fitness and co-ordination levels. This means that it is a class that you can work in your own pace according your fitness level and goal.
